I'd like to see if age has anything to do with religion.

no. friends range ages 23-38

I know that age makes a huge difference in Christianity. I'm not sure about other religions though. Interesting question. I heard statistics the other day that kind of freeked me out. I think all the churches will be empty soon. The preaching on the TV and radio will be gone too. The main supporters of churches and listener supported shows are people over 45. What happens when they die?

I'm in my early 20s, and am religious. As for my friends, they're of varying ages. Some are atheists, and some are religious (Christians, Jews, Pagans, and so forth). Most of my atheist friends are a good bit older than I am.

My faith in God is important to me. I am 37. My friends are not religious.

I live in Northern California. Among people under 40, church-going Christians are in the minority. So, perhaps age is a factor, but also the part of the world you live in, whether or not your parents are religious, etc.

Among my friends who are not religious (almost all of them), few of them have parents who are deeply religious. Some of them were raised in a church, but the church/theology did not play a huge role in their lives.

All the best.

I am not religious and my best friend, Wolf ( my Irish Wolf Hound ) seems to have no opinion. At least he gave me a quizzical look when I asked him.

Yes. Two are Christian, a handful are Catholic, one is Muslim, some Buddhists, but they're mostly agnostics. And I'm 14, and an atheist.

I'm an atheist, and I'm 17.

Half of my friends are atheists and the other half are religious (mostly Catholic, two are Mormon) and attend church regularly and stuff.
