Would it be best to work outside or inside?

The sun isn't good for you. You should work up a sweat, but it should be from the work that you're doing, not from the external temperature.

Actually the suns natural rays are good for you in small amounts like 15 mins a few times a week. When skin is exposed to sunlight it makes vitamin D which can help protect against certain cancers and serotonin levels increase when we are exposed to sunlight which causes you to be in a better mood......But it doesn't affect how much weight you lose.

So you could workout outside for half the workout and inside for the other.

i totally agree with college girl. i will just add that the sun is strongest during 12-5 pm so working out outside in the morning would be great.

avoid the streets cause of the traffic. hit the tracks in ur school, college or local park.
