my computer just crashed and will not even turn on. I can't even go on safe mode (which was the only mode that would work)!! The computer did not come with a system restore and I do not plan on buying one anytime soon. Does anyone know how to save my computer?? Plz help...
p.s. If I do recover it, how can I erase EVERYTHING and then re-download Windows XP to have a sort of "new" computer?? Plz help.

Come on people, we can barely trust teenagers with a drivers license. (although i started driving when i was 16, but that was before the turn of the century) It just leads to more people getting killed on roadways.

My physics teacher believes in evolution, the big bang theory, the 4.5 billion year old Earth, the 13 billion year old universe, the whole bit. He is also a preacher at a Baptist church near my house. I always hear that the evolution-creation debate is an atheist-christian debate. My teacher blows that notion out of the water. He is a highly respected member of the community and has a PhD in theoretical physics. What evolutionists have a problem with, including my teacher, is not religion. It's this attempt to destroy the public school system with creationism that evolutionists like my teacher hate so much. My teacher said that belief in God should not influence the public school system. He told me that religion should stay seperate from the school system and that people need to respect others beliefs. I think if all people were like my teacher, this world would be a much better place.

What training issues do you have with front of the house and back of the house employees do you most frequently face?

I am working on some training manuals and would like imput with different aspects of restaurant/hotel industry management.

What would be the most critical training/safety features you would like to see implemented in your facility?

Do you see training as a valuable and necessary tool, for creating long term employees?

Thanks so much~

I am moving into a new home and we were in the master bath taping off moulding and getting ready to paint when after about 30 minutes, the recessed light above the shower went off, and about 1 minute later, the one above the tub turned off. the other lights were fine. There is no external timer any where and after a few minutes after the lights cooled off, I was able to turn them back on. Are there lights that turn off after a certain amount of time or after they reach a certain temp.? Baffled please help.

I didn't have health insurance until now--am going to the doctor next week.

For the last six months, I've had difficulty urinating with frequent urination. I've also been a lot more thirsty than I'm used to being.

I'm always tired, and I'm gaining weight (far too much for how much I eat/exercise). My face looks bloated. Also, my feet have no sensation.

Can you tell me what I should have my doctore look into?
