Sicko, replaced into probable between the main engrossing and shifting documentaries I even have ever seen. it quite is asserting lots pondering i'm an avid viewer of many documentaries. Granted Michael Moore, like each good media character, has a perfect expertise of slanting the subject, yet there's a extensive grain of fact in what he has to assert, and he illustrates that fact skillfully. I even have consistently theory that the privatization of healthcare wasn’t completely incorrect, yet that it extremely is probably no longer thoroughly privatized. Privatization is the essential commencing up of capitalism, which engenders innovation in all fields, which contain medicine. yet I even have consistently believed some parts of medicine could be socialized so as that each physique have equivalent get admission to to it, exceedingly preventive medicine. Moore’s action picture extra reinforces that concept in my ideas. His assessment of socialized structures in England, Canada, France or perhaps Cuba, underscore the great lie we've been instructed that socialized medicine might deliver approximately poor scientific care. The mere longer existence spans than occurs in each and all of the countries spoken approximately, that use socialized medicine, attest to the efficacy of this maximum democratic of healthcare structures. i'm a company believer interior the unfastened marketplace, yet without spending a dime markets, as we've seen in different industries, can deliver approximately violations by using businessmen that have actual human effects. an exceptionally efficient gadget could be one that is hybrid of privatization and socialized medicine. The privatization could be in pharmaceutical learn, and the socialized element could be interior the administration of scientific provider.

And guessing by his ummm... "Healthy" size i would guess he also has stock in Hostess snack foods but gets paid in product rather than $$$.

Of course he does not own stock, the trust companies he operates does. So he can clearly say "Nope, not me!".

Al Gore the biggest shill for Carbon Credits, does he tell people he also is the owner and on the boards of the biggest company selling those credits? But ask the tree huggers and they scream "He loves the planet, he is not in it for the money."

People like that know they can get away with it because their followers are too blinded by the message to see past what they are told.

It really is scary and funny, especially considering they claim any one who disagrees with them is the ones who are "Blind to the truth."

Well what do you know!

I guess considering I have used worldnetdaily as a credible source when bashing Bush I'll have to swallow this bitter pill!!

I am really upset about this!

It's a painful thing to realize that someone you believed is as much of a liar as the people he was protesting against! Still in my eyes this doesn't make anything he's addressed about corruption in government any less true it just really makes me angry that Moore is benefiting from this corruption as well!!!

Aside: This hypocrite stance resides in the Republican party as well, however!
There's no need to be so smug. Vitter, Foley, Haggard, Craig...etc. The Republicans should walk their talk too!!

On September 13, 2001, WND published a commentary by Anthony C. LoBaido regarding the terrorist attacks on New York City and Washington two days earlier. In his column, LoBaido outlined what he regarded as the moral depravity of America in general and New York in particular, asking whether "God (has) raised up Shiite Islam as a sword against America". [17] Commentators Virginia Postrel of Reason magazine and James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal criticized LoBaido and Joseph Farah for the piece and called for columnists Hugh Hewitt and Bill O'Reilly to sever their ties with WND, prompting Farah to respond with a column of his own denouncing Postrel and Taranto as "political correctness police". World Net daily is so unreliable and prone to slander that it has been blocked by many news portals, such as the Marine Corps, American Airlines, and the US Navy.

The earnings may be true , but prove the quote somewhere else besides that rag.

Michael Moore is a very talented filmmaker. Unfortunately he is also a lying hypocrite who uses these talent to further his own agenda. If he was as devoted to a socialist agenda as he claims, he would donate his money to the down trodden masses he claims to represent.

That is a great book BTW.

Don't forget Moore's charitable foundation which barely manages to contribute enough $'s to retain it's non-profit status.

Then there's getting his films edited in Toronto to avoid using US union labor.

Guys' a freakin' clown.
