that i need glasses... but we cant afford to get them, i even plan on buying them myself but im trying to save my money for my family, just in case my mom needs to borrow my money.
i just want glasses that will help me see far.
im scared to tell my mom i need glasses because i dont want her to worry about something else she has to pay for.
but i feel my eyes are starting to hurt my grades because they have been getting worse.
what should i do?
i have the money for the glasses but i want to save my money for food, clothes anything else.
my family is broke.
should i tell my mom i need glasses and tell her ill pay for them?

Hey everyone,

Ok, I've been driving for 4 years, conviction free and recently I was caught doing 38mph in a 30 zone and was convicted of speeding (given 3 penalty points).

I accept fault for this and I'm not expecting any sympathy, as speeding is bad! However, it is my first conviction and my car insurance is coming up for renewal in 3 months.

Please don't take offence to this question, but do I need to declare this speeding offence and will the insurance company be able to check with the DVLA?

I have a friend who's been disqualified from driving who was still able to get car insurance despite being disqualified, which is odd, because I would have thought that the insurance companies would have access to your driving records. Is this right?

I'm in 8th grade, and there is this one guy that I absolutely hate ( bcuz he is immature) that always asks me to dance with him. I know he doesn't mean it, and does it to annoy me, and for something to laugh about with his friends. When he does that, I usually ignore him and walk away. But, I am totally sick of the repeated asking, and want to give him an insulting, rude, witty comeback that will make him go away. He usually just says "Hey..(my name) wanna dance with me?" except he usually leers while he says that. its disgusting. If you have any insulting rude comments for that, plz tell. thanks.

I live in Massachusetts and I am interested in carrying mace/pepper spray for self-defense reasons because I was recently attacked and I feel defenseless. I am an adult female, I only weigh 100 pounds and I am 5'2. Does anyone know the process I have to go through to aquire and carry mace?

Bert and Doris met when they both went to live in a retirement home. They got on very well and each evening, after their meal, they would, wheel themselves down to a sheltered spot in the garden.
There they would sit. Bert would undo his trousers and take out his w****y and Doris would then hold it.
This routine went on for months until, one evening, Bert didn't turn up.
Doris was puzzled. She hadn't seen him about all day. She didn't see him for several weeks so she assumed the old boy had 'passed on'.
However, one day she met him in the lounge.
'Bert? I was really worried, I thought you'd 'gone' where have you been these past weeks?'
Bert replied, 'I've met someone else, Doris, and I'm with her now.'
'Another woman?' Doris asks.
