but i have beening renting a house for 800 a month in northeast philly but i am hoping with the home market appearing to be a buyers market i will be able to find a good deal with someone who is trying to get rid of some property and is also willing to work with my financial situation=i ran the credit=i scored a middle no, of 550-according to quickenloans, they couldnot help me, i only need about 125 000 at most=are there any help out there for those want to take advantage of this time in the home buying market dont know where to turn

In the USA a man has the right to make many choices. When someone (person or government) takes away that right they are said to be interfering with the other's freedom, even if they can justify such a restriction (ie: you cannot yell fire in a crowded building).

But what if the person is never allowed to explore any other way of life except the one they grew up with? Are they really free to choose?

Is their anything I can do about algae growth in my tank.I have tried live plants and plecos.There is 3 goldfish 3blue , cory cats and 4 white clouds.The tank is only 14 gallons and I know goldfish are dirty so don't tell me multiple times that they are messy and my tank is overcrowded.

my sister is 15 and im 17, were always fighting, sometimes it can get physical. I just want us to get along, and be best freinds. Im afraid that were going to grow up, and not ever talk, and i don't want that. I really hate fighting with her and it makes my mom upset. And i try to talk to her but she wont and if we do it always ends up in the end with us fighting. Help!!!

I have a 2002 Chevy Impala just he base model. It has a stock 3.4L engine putting out 184hp. I would really like to get more power out of an engine that size, I know its capable of better horse power. I know I can change out the headers and get better ones, but I would like to get some get good suggestion to really improve the performance. I was looking into Superchargers, but I am not completely sold on the idea. I'd like to if it would produce good results, but will it, that I do not know.

I do not want to do an engine swap.

Bush sat for seven minutes without even knowing the type/extent of the attack or if there was any action he could be taking...apparently this is considered great leadership by Republicans, who think the only other option was to leap up screaming and scaring all the children when he could have just calmly excused himself. So my question is this: if seven minutes wasn't too long to wait, then is this the EXACT number of minutes that a President should wait or would it have been even better if he waited eight minutes? Nine? Twenty?

...a mute can communicate effectively towards God? I have always wondered, since it is stated in the Bible that we have Dominion if we speak. My friend from a couple years back is a mute, and very recently, I've wondered how she is supposed to communicate with God, since, by speaking we communicate better, right? Is someone else supposed to do the prayers for her or what?

...im like really scared now....this is the story....last year i was in the 7th grade and this boy ....his name is lance .....i like him (ALOT) aneways he planned a joke on me he pretended that he liked me to and he touched me ....and i was scared.....and he said that he did it because he was testing me ..to see if i was gunna believe him......and everytime he signs online. he always messages me ..saying you wanna have computer sex?? i dont know if he says that just to annoy me or what ...and i say yes because i used to like him but he still asks me and everytime i sit next to him whether im in a lab ...or class he still finds ways to touch me ..i dont know if he does that to annoy me or what i dont know what the hell is his problem ..i wanna tell someone at school but i cant trust anyone i just dont know what to do ...what do you think i should do?

At the time of the invasion of Iraq a great percentage of americans approved of his actions. Once american soldiers started dying and arriving back in bodybags in an increasing way the american public opinion turned their backs to the president. That shows that everything is ok if we kill others as long as the others do not kill us. That also shows the insensitivity of the american public at large and the readiness to abandon your president just to save your pride and the pride of the nation when things take a turn for the worse. Cowardice and treachery are two words that describe your attitude towards your president.

Is there a polite way to encourage my neighbors to recycle their stuff? It's the law in our town, and it saves us all tax money, because the town sells the recycled things.
These people are not especially friendly, they keep to themselves, so I rarely see them or have a chance to chat.

Any ideas on how to handle this?

I bought a Mega Bouncer (those bouncy castle things that a lot of kids have for birthday parties and such) today at Wal-Mart because it was half off its original price so it was too good to pass up. Our daughter is having a bday party in October and I thought she would love it. Well, I get home, and my hubby opens it up and you can obviosuly tell it has been used. It has scuff marks from kids jumping in it, very small leaves and dirt and such in it, and the stakes have been hammered into the ground a few times from the looks of them. Now, I did get this thing for half off and as far as I know so far (we just got it) there is nothing wrong with it other than it's a little dirty. Would you be upset, or just let it be? I did get it for half off, but I had no idea it was used, and in the instruction manual is clearly states that it cannot be returned to the store for a refund....what do you think?
