Well, it depends I suppose. Be assertive, like this, "Lance bug off. If you want to hang out with me don't do that anymore." Be direct and be pissed off. Hopefully this will make the problem go away without involving anybody else but ... beware. If it does not work, then you have to be more assertive still.
If he does not leave you alone, don't let the "code of silence" keep you from accepting this behaviour. This is kind of close to rape, seriously. Message me and I can tell you what happende to a girl your age when i was in school.
Also, whether you liked a guy or not does not matter!!! When you like a guy, it does NOT give him the right to do whatever he wants. It takes too to tango. Anyway, this kind of behaviour leads to what's called "date" rape. IF HE LIKES YOU, HE WOULD NOT DISRESPECT YOU LIKE THIS.
Good luck.
P.S. if you do have to resort to telling on him, tell your friends, he just kept bugging you and would not stop. I think you'll find, HE and not you, will be the outcast!!!

You are right to not trust him or anyone else. He may be asking if you want computer sex thinking he can get you interested in real sex.... boys are dogs and don't care about the girls...just the sex. Him toucking you is another issue. He is asaulting you whether you realize it or not. Tell him to stop and if he doesn't tell the teacher or a school counselor. He needs to learn manners and the difference betwen right and wrong.

Well, if it is annoying you, you need to tell him to stop. One of my best friends was doing the same thing to me. He'd go around tapping my thighs and caress my body when I was near him and I thougt it was kind of flattering because I liked him. After awhile though, it was quite annoying and I told him he needed to stop because I found out he didnt even like me. So if it annoying you, tell him to stop.

If you don't want him to touch you tell him that. Nobody can touch you without your consent. If he continues to touch you after you tell him to stop then you need to tell the teacher. Never let anyone do anything to you that you do not want.
