This probably belongs in a different category than computer programming but us old hams will try to help you anyway.
146.85 by band plan should be 146.25 xmit for your unit and 146.85 recv. (the freq listed is the repeaters output)
the tone is the PL tone needed to activate the repeaters xmitter so program 136.5 for the pl tone.
I dont remember the exact steps for ICOM or Yaesu, check the websites for the user guides.
If you don't have your ticket. dont even think of transmitting the fines are high and you will be nailed.
