my sister is 15 and im 17, were always fighting, sometimes it can get physical. I just want us to get along, and be best freinds. Im afraid that were going to grow up, and not ever talk, and i don't want that. I really hate fighting with her and it makes my mom upset. And i try to talk to her but she wont and if we do it always ends up in the end with us fighting. Help!!!

You should plan a time like once a week to get together and just talk about fun stuff, like boys, friends, and school. Just make the most of it, and have fun with her, she's your sister for life. Spend time with her while yu can before you or her move away.

well im sure you have caught yourself being half the problem! and sometimes causing it. So all you have to do is do nothing but make her happy when she is around you, like give her extra cash, let her have the bathroom in the morning first, dont try to win the computer,phone,television.etc..... do this for a week be as thoughtful as you possibly can! now then youll be used to not fighting or getting your way as much youll move out in a few years probably or you can and i know this can be a challenge but this will pay off and also make your whole house peaceful. A little sister follows in her big sisters footsteps! and love being taken shopping :-)

It sounds like sibling rivalry to me. It is not a big thing, just an envy or jealously thing. Show your sister that you love her by doing little things for her. Bring her a flower, buy little gifts and don't talk. Not until she talks first. Just show her. God bless

It's pretty Normal, i was like that with my older sister, until "boys" came into our lives, we were like bestfriends after that (that was around 15-16ish), sharing all of our secrets, going shopping, don't at one point or another, you guys will become close :)

Brothers & sisters always fight.
It's so normal it's boring.
Just keep it under control. You can you know.
Most of the time they're 'best buds` later in life.
