I bought a Mega Bouncer (those bouncy castle things that a lot of kids have for birthday parties and such) today at Wal-Mart because it was half off its original price so it was too good to pass up. Our daughter is having a bday party in October and I thought she would love it. Well, I get home, and my hubby opens it up and you can obviosuly tell it has been used. It has scuff marks from kids jumping in it, very small leaves and dirt and such in it, and the stakes have been hammered into the ground a few times from the looks of them. Now, I did get this thing for half off and as far as I know so far (we just got it) there is nothing wrong with it other than it's a little dirty. Would you be upset, or just let it be? I did get it for half off, but I had no idea it was used, and in the instruction manual is clearly states that it cannot be returned to the store for a refund....what do you think?

Walmart takes just about anything back. I would decide whether to take it back determined by how much trouble it was worth to you. Is it worth your time? Ya, I'd be disappointed if I thought it was going to be new. But this type of toy which is only meant to be jumped on can't hurt other kids who use it. If it was a different kind of toy, the kind where kids put it in their mouth etc, I'd definately take it back, no problem. But as along as it is in good condition...I'd just keep it. You can always take it back after you use it, the other person did...Hmmmm...And Walmart took it back once before...Just tape it back up like you bought it. I dunno. Whatever you think.

if it's not damaged then why not keep it? It was most likely half price because it was returned.
But if it's damaged then return it to wal-mart.

I once bought a mini-fridge from Wal-mart, and when we got it home there was empty juice bottles in it, and it was dirty. But it worked fine, and we cleaned it up (with bleach) really good and still use it to this day.

I would keep it as long as it works well. At that price it would be worth it just to have for the party.. hard to find any entertainment for $64.00... Heck talk to the store manager tell him the truth & if you find it is not worth it even @ half price return it as well, just after the party. Good luck and enjoy your party

TAKE IT BACK! some moron at the service desk took it back before without checking it and it's probably defective or the people just wanted a free use out of it...still the people at the service desk should have checked it! Take it back and explain to the Manager about how lazy the service desk is being.

Retail stores should not be selling used anything. I would take it back and demand a new one no matter what it's cost to Wal Mart.

well... how much was the original cost? and how much did you buy it for? Because if the original cost isnt that much, than I would probably go back and get a new one. If the original cost was high, then I would keep it if it isnt damaged at all. because, you can allways clean it.

that's more then likely why you got it for half price. someone else bought it for their kid, the kid didn't like it, so they returned it. almost all retailers sell opened box as they call it, for less then full price on the condition that you cant bring it back unless its defective or missing parts. just clean it up and have your kid enjoy it.

I think if it works, you should keep it. That might be why it was cheaper, because it was dirty. So if it works... I say keep it.
