This makes a tasty grilled steak, according to my hubby. First, tenderize with a meat tenderizing mallet (mine looks similar to a hammer. If you don't have one, you can use a frying pan to gently tap the meat to tenderize.). Then place in a ziploc bag and add salt, pepper, steak seasoning , and steak marinade, such as A1. Then, marinate at least 30 min.--longer if possible. Next, get your grill (charcoal or gas) hot--hotter than you will actually want it to be. Put your steak on and turn the heat down and let cook for a little while, then turn. Amt. of cooking time depends on how you like your steak cooked. It is best to only turn it once or twice. When I remove mine, I salt and pepper it, put it on a plate cover it and let it set for 10 min. or so for the flavors to settle. This method works everytime for me!

Grilled, medium rare with only a hint of salt and fresh ground black pepper. Good steak does not need marinades or a lot of seasoning.
