There is not going to be a formal courtroom, and Jesus is your lawyer and judge.
He will forgive you if you truly repent. He knows your heart.

While I like the "Jesus is your lawyer" answer, I think the answer would be no because he's a witness at the trial. "Did you know this person?"..."will you vouch for him or her?", Jesus answers yes or no and that's the only evidence that matters in terms of the final verdict!
