They're all about abstaining from all the pleasures of life, so sex would be no exception. They have the, "If I can't have it, no one can!" mentality about most pleasureful things in life. As long as they aren't getting any or as much of something (sex, money, popularity, power, ect.) in life, then they will be bent on prohibiting it from others and condemning those who get it or have it. They want it so badly. Look at them actually bragging about their make believe sex lives as if sex is something that true Christians should be proud of. Sinners! Shame! Their real attitudes about sex are revealed in their attempts to convince you that they have sex. No "better" than a secularist.

I doubt it...at least, I doubt it happens often. Didn't god say go forth and "multiply"? Implying that they shouldn't be doing it if they aren't trying to multiply...i.e. just for fun? So let's do some math...
Let's assume we include the child bride religions and say that the average span from marriage to menopause is 30 years (15 to 45??). So in that time, assume a wife got pregnant on her wedding night and immediately after giving birth; that would mean only 40 sexual encounters! Yikes! I hope its good because that once-every-nine-month average stinks!

Some call me a fundie, though I do not see myself a fundie. But if I am a fundie then my activity earlier during the afternoon would be evidence to the contrary.

My understanding is that in the fundyverse, "good sex" is an oxymoron.
Fun fact! Which I heard from someone so it MUST BE TRUE! The Puritans believed that a baby was born on the same day of the week it was conceived. So, if you had a baby on a Sunday, you were in deep ****.

They are very stuck up and self-righteous. Maybe they just need a good man or woman around so they can loosen up.

I have been happily married to the same ravishing, satisfying woman for 21 years and we cannot leave each other alone.
You cannot imagine how great s*x is without having experienced a partner with 21 years experience, communication, and desire to please you.
God designed woman and man to go together and he designed s*x for our enjoyment!!!!
(Not to mention we aren't concerned in the least about STD.)
My wife pleases me, and I don't even bother looking around in public. And I don't care if you don't believe me. Do you remember the old Jodie Foster movie where 2 girls bet on who could get laid at summer camp?
1 girl did, and she was in love, and didn't care about the bet anymore. The other girl didn't, but she didn't want to lose the bet, so when they compared stories, they both lied.
That's how I feel. I love my wife more than I love my life, and I could care less about your opinion.

John the Baptist

Probably. They wouldn't be so worried about other people's sex lives if their own were more satisfying.
On an interesting aside, everything I've read about the training of suicide bombers includes sexual deprivation. It's seems like it's impossible to convince someone to blow themselves up when they're getting laid regularly.
