Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method
In a bowl mix salad dressing, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. In a ziplock bag place chicken and pour honey mustard over chicken, reserving 1/2 cup. Let marinate at least 2 hours, overnight is even better. Removed chicken and discard the marinade. Grill chicken about 10 minutes each side. The last few minutes brush with reserved honey mustard.

Rub the chicken with 1-2 teaspoons of salt, then refrigerate for an hour or so. Then rinse off the salt, pat dry, and bake as usual. It tenderizes the meat and makes it very very tasty. You can do a simple olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and minced garlic mixture and rub it all over the meat before you bake it. I prefer to roast my chicken slowly at a low temperature so that it gets very tender. So, 325 degrees for a couple or three hours...check it every half hour and baste it with the juices. Lay a piece of foil over the chicken if it gets too brown. Enjoy!

Rosemary and Sage, Lemon Pepper and Garlic, and Lemon Juice and Red Wine Vinegar are a few of my favorites!! If it's coming out burnt and you're using an electric stove/oven, turn it DOWN!!! You have it too high, If the directions on the recipe or whatever you're using, says 350, set it for like 325, instead!! I hate electric cooking stuff, it's so unreliable and alot of times my stuff burns, and I have been cooking since I was about 9 or 10!!

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray generously with cooking spray. Beat a couple eggs in a large mixing bowl. In another large bowl, pour some Italian bread crumbs. Dip your chicken in the eggs first, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet. Bake chicken at about 400° for 20 - 30 minutes or until juices run clear when poked at the thickest part near the bone.
Bisquick® has some great chicken recipes on their box, too. You can also find them at: http://www.bettycrocker.com/Recipes/Dinner/Chicken?cid=130

It depends on how you are cooking it. I like to grill my chicken, but no BBQ sauce. You can do chicken and mushroom kabobs with a spicy dry rub on the chicken breast pieces. Or marinade boneless and skinless chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, etc. Try some search engines for recipes if you don't grill as often as I do; there are great recipes for baked and fried chicken, too.
