my neighbours recently got a small dog, and they leave it tied up outside all day, they bring it in at night... but i feel so bad because all day i hear whining and barking... i dont know if they feed it during the day....

is this considered animal abuse? should i call the SPCA?

I had Jury Duty today and was awaiting to hear if I had been chosen in the jury selection process and they had to stop cuz court closed at 4:30pm and they couldn't finish! So the Judge ordered everyone back tomorrow at 10:30am but the thing is, I cannot make it. I have an extremely important interview for a job that I just cannot miss. It's at the same time and no I cannot reschedule. It could literally make my career. So I was told to call the jury assembly number in the morning, but what's the worst that can happen? Especially being I am calling in to explain. Help please. I am freaking out!

i have a ryobi line trimmer and to start it you have to swich the choke from full to half to off and back. once started it runs for a while and then just cuts out as though it is flooded. then you have toi go through the process of trying to get it started again. does anyone have any idea why this could be? we have changed spark plugs and are useing the correct petrol.

OK let's break this down for all of the psuedo-scientists.
What is responsible for most of the heat on the earth? If you said the sun, good for you.
Does the temperature on the sun vary? If you said yes, goog for you.
Are there solar flares that produce massive amounts of heat? If you said yes, good for you.
Is it possible and likely that a gradual increase in temperature of the sun could creat a gradual increase on earth? Once again good for you if you said yes.
Have scientists admitted that they do not fully understand solar flares and their effects? Once again....yes.

Should we send ALGORE to the sun to do his power point presentation and convince all of the residents of the sun that they are responsible for heating up the earth? Of course the answer is yes.

my 13 month old daughter breaks out in hives all over her body whenever she eats ketchup. Today she drank cranberry juice earlier and milk with strawberry syrup in it. I don't know which one it is or if it is both, but she broke out everywhere. She also breaks out when she drinks cherry koolaid. What could be in all of this stuff to make her alergic to it. like maybe red dye?? any info would be great. Oh and also italian dressing she breaks out as well.

I checked the Total Size of the Hard Drive is 143 GB- OK
My Documents Size 38GB
I-Tunes 6GB
Programs 6GB

Remaining Space 38GB!! Does not make sense. I Defrag did not help I checked Temp. Files Nada. Where is something hiding?

My son was born today and he doesnt have a name yet.
Everyone likes something different. My wife likes William Luke (Liam) and I like Logan Cole. My son is calling him Will and my daughter is calling him Sam (Samuel Luke). I have talked to my mom who likes William Luke because it honors both of our families and William Michael. My father in law (who we originally were going to name him after) likes Lucas Cole.

They are both cables. I thought cables have nothing to do with quality. The only differences are the speeds. Why cant i use USB 2.0 with my camcorder? Why does firewire provide the better video quality for camcorder?

PS my camcorder does not have USB streaming.

there have been times in my life I have inflicted harm to myself. The only thing I have done is scratch my skin and even bite myself, but never bleed. I did it because I was too frustrated to hold it in, and it was because another person had hurt my feelings deeply and I felt such anger towards them. I had trouble communicating it to them. I hadn't done this in years but recently it happened again once. I don't think I have serious problems, and I know why it happens, but do you think I need counseling just because of this? Ok here's the deal my Uncle D is dying with cancer ok hes just riddled with it ok hes in stage 4 he willed his cedar chest he made in HS to me I'm not the only niece but I've always been close to him he say's I'm the kid he's never had I'm 15 he has my mom she's the one taking care of him she's power of attorney for medical and then the other and executor of his estate and my aunt wanted the cedar chest for my cousin I know theirs gonna be a fight but how I do I prevent my cousin and Aunt S from fighting with me? I don't wanna fight but I feel since we have been there from stage 1 and done everything yes everything docs chemo rad I deserve it but I know mom wanted it too but it was given to me I don't know what was given to my bros for some reason I was always the apple of his eye even if I wasn't gonna get sh*t I would still help take care of him he's always been good to me and everything he's really been my dad my dad cheated multiple times and has exiled me told me i ruined his life
