You tape it with a voice recorder in person. And you are talking to the other party while you are taping. It is in case of a court case to prove a verbal agreement. If there are any Massachusetts attorneys who know for sure or anyone who can provide me with a link to the actual law, it would be appreciated.

What do you think of Carlton Pearson?

He preaches what he calls the 'Doctrine of Inclusion' which states hell is on earth and everyone goes to heaven.
He believes the church uses hell to scare people. He's one of the few Christian theologians I respect as an Atheist.

what precautions should i take so that he doesn't get injuries or strains his muscles? i also give him Omega-3 oil for his skin.
am i doing the right thing by making him run? (only started this routine yesterday!)
by running on hard surfaces, will he develop permanent injuries, joint problems etc?
since he is running on tar/concrete roads, does he need any additional supplements (such as joint lubrication? etc)
he enjoys every moment of his running and usually make him run for about 15-minutes while i bicycle.
i feed him on lamb and rice in the afternoons and Pedigree (formulated pellets) at nights. would be grateful for tips.
