Yes. Because the deepest darkest part of us is still perceived by something other than that darkness. In other words, the fundamental nature of our essence is indestructible. When this essence is realised, there is only love.

Yes. In my deepest darkest part I still care absolutely. I care about me, I care about you, I care about and love people, and I care about outcome. I am involved, even when I am exhausted. I care how it all comes out. I know when I have enough. Many people do not. I seek to help others find balance in their lives and to know when they have enough.

at the moment i cant find anything good about my self, and i dont think others can too, as i have no friends and my in laws hate me, both sets of my parents have nothing to do with me either!!!! life is one dark hole.
