Likely there is nothing wrong with you. Human sexuality is a part of life and very natural. Often times dreams can come to show you an area of life that you are neglecting, focusing on too much, to prepare you for the future or illustrate your fondest wishes. If you are of a certain age, it could be the onset of hormones or a hormonal imbalance that focuses your dreams this way - or it could be a crush that you are reluctant to admit to yourself.

Nothing wrong - look within to find the answers you seek.

Peace!

Some sex dreams, you may have, may be people you know you would never have sex with. You may just need the affection of another person. I am not sure your age, but it could be hormonal. You give little detail in your question of who the dream is about, I don't need the details of what you do, just who you are dreaming about. Having sex dreams about teachers, parents, or other in authority, means you hold them in high respect. You could be feeling in your awake time that you are not giving enough of yourself to others, and then in your dreams, you are expressing yourself fully. Thats common, especially with someone who is shy, or someone who did not express their feelings to someone and has some regret of not saying something to them if a situation did not go the way you would of wanted it.

Nothing is wrong with you. They're just dreams. Don't make too much of them. I'm in my 40s, and I've had the same recurrent dreams and/or nightmares since I was a kid. If I thought about it too much I'd be a wreck. You have enough going on when you're awake, so don't add to it by worrying about what goes on when you're sleeping.

Sex has always been a big part of dream content for both men and women. One hundred years ago Sigmund Freud concluded that almost all dreams represented some form of sexual repression. At that time sex was repressed culturally and as a result it might have been expressed more frequently by individuals in their dreams.

Psychoanalytic - You have an unconscious desire to fulfill your sexual urges.

Cognitively - Sex seems to be whats on your mind predominantly during your waking hours. As a result, your dreams portray that fact.

Plus, if you remember your dreams then you need to get some better sleep. Stop waking up during REM sleep.
