When you tell your wife your too tired for sex is that the real reason? My thinks I'm full of bs, but after a long work day all I want is a beer and some good sleep.

We have to analyze and perform a monologue for acting class. Here's the first passage of the monologue that is was assigned:

You know the sound of a bone breaking? It goes crack. Just crack. Like popping a piece of kindling over your knee. I’m not going to tell you where I came from because I barely remember. I’m not going to tell you where I am now because I try to pay a minimum of attention to it. Look at my cast. Everyone signed it. Even people I don’t know. I like this one best. It says “Have a nice day… Karen.” I don’t know any Karen. This one says, “Roses are red, violets are blue, for a good time call 589-4562.” And here. It’s a picture of a giraffe. But the giraffe doesn’t have spots. It’s striped, like a zebra.

I basically understand it, but it's hard to distinguish who this girl is talking to. Any ideas?

It has a non-English language. I dont know how I was able to install it, but when I go to the add/remove progams, it won't allow me to remove it, saying its language does not match my pc. Any suggestions. I know I know this is what I get for downloading pirated progams.

I just switched majors from undeclared to Math around a semester ago, so I'm still in Trigonometry, preparing to take Calculus. So far, I am loving all of the concepts and things I get to do. I took a College Algebra class and fell in love so much that I became a tutor WHILE taking the class.

I have an education class with someone in Calculus and they are too a math major, and she seems to "show off". In my mind she's an idiot because of her extracurricular philosophies.

While I was doing homework earlier after I got off at work (still at work) a girl came up to me and started to lecture me how what I was doing was wrong (I was solving right triangles using the trig) and once I was finished I checked my answer in the BOB and it cleared.

Does anyone else have this kind of problem with math? Or should I tell these people to shove it and let me enjoy math?

OK, I'm clearing up my credit report and I'm wondering which would you pay first? Pay off a judgement from an apartment complex ($548) from 2 yrs ago; pay down 2 maxed out credit cards both with a $300 credit limit (opened this year). Both will get paid but i'm just wondering if it makes a difference which one should get paid first. Also, does anyone know how much this will affect the credit score when it's paid off after about 3 months? Thanks.

Is it possible to become seriously hearing impaired long-term if you were to shoot a pistol (I have a XD 40) indoors in the case of self-defense...obviously you wouldn't have time to put on ear protection. Or, would you be so pumped with adreneline that you're hearing would not be affected? Thx...

I am 20 and have had my own house since I was 18. I have not asked my parents for money since I turned 18. I haven't even spoken to my mother in 6 months (she and my father are divorced). Before Christmas 2006, my dad had a stroke and had to have surgery. He couldn't work for a while after that, and as a result lost his house. He came to stay with me in January of 2007. He has not had a job since the stroke. I am paying all his bills as well as my own and buying all his food and perscriptions. He has no income. He is 56, so it's not like he can take just any job. He had worked as a drywall installer since he was 20, and I understand he can't do that anymore. The problem is that I make less than $8 per hour at my job and things are hard money-wise. I love my dad, but I can;t do this anymore. I have 3 sisters and a brother, who all work. They are helping very little to none. I feel like that because my dad has 5 kids, I shouldn't be the only one to have to pay up. I love my dad, though.

1. The schools response to Lisa's vegetarianism is to show a propaganda film promoting the consumption of meat. A propaganda film is a film that is made to convince a viewer of a particular point of view. These films often contain misleading information. How is the schools film misleading?

2. The employees of Lisa's school (teachers, principal, cafeteria staff and janitor) are incompetent and/or disinterested in their jobs. Do you thinks that this is a fair criticism of public education? Yes or No? Why?

3. What does the independent thought alarm suggest about the public education system in America?

Almost exactly one year ago I bought some cooked beef from a bbq. I froze it and its been in there for a year. Someone took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge. I thought it was the fresh stuff we just bought so i ate some. It tasted dry but, i thought I just warmed it up wrong or something. I have a stomach ache and I just want to know if I should be really worried?

Marriage has been on my mind.I want to ask my gf to marry me.But!, we are not financially able too.I make just enough for myself and so does she. This has been a factor for me and her father. Are we able to financial stay together? Can we take care of bills and life's neccessities? Are we able to live comfortable?
Her father asked me, "What are you able to do to provide for my daughter the security and financial comfortability?"

I do think about our future and well being.Having thoughts for the future does not cut it though.
Her father wants me to be able to provide right after we get married.Time frame...soon after marriage.I do have plans but it'll take a longer time.It seems like I need something now...and just being able to take care of ourselves does not cut it.For him atleast...am I being naive?

I also pondered on the thought if we can both take care of ourselves...can't we get married and live together.

So I want to ask poeple out there...what does it take to be married?

The bottle says 1 to 2, but this is obviously a MUCH lower dose than you would take if you made a tea from the powder.

Sometimes my legs feel so cramped up that I can't sleep at night. I have to apply pressure to it for the pain to go away. I can't really describe the feeling so I can't really tell anyone what it is but I guess "cramped" is the word. Sometimes when I punch my thighs it helps the pain stop. It doesn't tingle, its just a immense pain that runs through my whole leg to especially my feet. What could this be? My father has a history of arthritis. could this be it?
