I am not saying that this is a bad way to invest. This is actually the way I have decided to invest after reading loads about Warren Buffet etc.

But I have been wondering how guys like buffet managed to get the money to invest in new companies if he didnt sell? And how did he earn a living.

I am asking this because I have been buying shares for a while now and I am expecting to hold them for a long time. But when do I actually earn an income?

Dividends are a slow way to get a good income and I would have to invest hundreds of thousands of pounds to get a decent level of divident income.

My parents began by taking care of my daughter while I worked helping reduce childcare costs. I slowly started noticing things like she started calling my dad...Daddy instead of poppy and my mom was mommy. I asked them to correct her and I did. I had weaned her from the bottle and potty trained her for preschool only to learn that while staying with them she was given a bottle and placed back in a diaper as soon as I left. Then once we moved away they began begging and nagging for me to let her stay over on the weekends to be taken to church on Sundays. Not wanting to discourage religion, I allowed it. Now 13, I found out that they have encouraged her to runaway, which she did and that she has been staying with them for over 1 wk and that they went to an attorney almost 1 yr ago to try to get custody of her, which they were told since she hasn't been abused in either form there really is no reason to pursue. Should grandparents be allowed to brainwash grandchildren against parents?

OK theres these 3 guys in a sunna, one of the guys is Chinese and one is Japanese and the other one is a Hillbilly, as they were sittting, the Chinese guy started to make beeping sounds with his mouth, then the other guys were like what r u doing then he was like in China that how we can communicate as u can see i just spoke to my mother. Later then the Japanese guy started to shake his arms then they were like what r u doing he was like i just parked my car in the garage, thats how strong are technology is, then the hillbilly had to do something so he came out went to the bathroom and shoved toilet paper in his butt and walked back into the sunna and the two guys were like woooow whats that then he was like oh wouldnt you know, im geting a fax.

Years ago I putted a few really long putts on a green with my driver. I found that I was extremely accurate and was able to judge lag putts beautifully. I recently started to do it again, just for fun, same result. With 14 clubs in my bag, including a Ping G2 My Day putter. Is it allowed to alternate with the two as and when I wish, or are there limitations on the use of the driver as a putter? Weird, but you don't ask you don't learn!

I may possibly have PCOS ill find out hopefully thursday when i go in. I'm guessing a simple blood test will be able to dertmine this or not. but i heard doctors prescribe birth control for PCOS. why? my period are normal for the most part but do you absolutly have to take birth control when you have PCOS?


also one more question do they do a surgery for PCOS? is it a one day thing you leave the same day its performed or...??

Tired of her 'hysterical' children... struggling to bring up three children on te wages of two doctors...LIFE MUST HAVE BEEN A STRUGGLE...

on holiday, after a hard day of dropping kids off at kids club and then having to pick them up again...(poor woman must have been exhausted)

then!! she wants to go out and get pi ssed with her husband,.. Whos playing tennis (well come on, what hard working father doesnt need a break from three hysterical children?)

'Bed time kids...take your pills so I can go out....you'll be quite safe here...Im giving you just enough so you'll be comatosed until im finished with dinner... What? well if you wake up, just sit quietly and read, until we get back...of course you'll be safe, daddy will check on you and then one of our friends will listen at the door...NO WORRIES...SLEEP TIGHT!!!! I like American Gods and Good Omens by Neil Gaiman. I also enjoy Piers Anthony's "Xanth" series (a guilty pleasure), and Tolkien's Lord of the Rings Trilogy (but I think The Hobbit or There and Back Again is the best). Any recommendations? I'm stuck reading cheesy romance novels and my brain is fading away! :)

If God created the universe, what was there before the creation?
I had this discussion with some friends but, as we are not religeous, do not know the religeous viewpoint. If there was another universe, did God wipe the slate clean and start again? Do you think God could decide to do the same with this universe? As with all evolutionist vs creationist questions I expect a few loony answers but as long as they're not pious, religeous rants or scientific belittling of those who have faith then thats fine.

My husband showed me a website last night that said Laws for all 52 States. We had been talking about this last week, that some people think Hawaii and Alaska makes 52 States in the United States. THERE ARE ONLY 50 States!!! I couldn't believe that some people think there are 52. There are 48 continental States, then Hawaii and Alaska makes 50. DUH. How can some people think there are 52. It's a sad reflection on society when most people in America can't even point to the United States on a map, and they think there are 52 States.
