Treason is the only crime that's defined in the Constitution.
Art. 3, Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
So yeah, no.
Sorry it took me so long to pick up on your sarcastic tone. I see enough real questions like this that I get blinded to them.

that's a tricky one. No, they don't in good shape into the violations that maximum have gained. I had an account suspended via fact somebody asked approximately Yahoo curbing unfastened speech and that individuals who replied questions falsely, could desire to they be charged with any injury achieved reason via the incorrect answer. I went on a small rant asserting that in case you took scientific, workstation, economic, and so on., advice from the folk at here heavily with out the different learn, you're an fool. undeniable and straightforward. properly, that have been given me suspended. No previous violations or something. have they have been given a appropriate to try this? definite. they have their rules, completely retarded that they could be. Does this bypass against their undertaking fact? definite. everybody thinks of Yahoo as this exciting place to be and do exciting issues, except, you're on solutions. then you fairly've a thoroughly set of regulations, trolls that seek for human beings to limit, and that i don't even prefer to remark on the "human beings" who assessment the pleas to not droop money owed or answer why you gained yet another violation. very final concept? Yahoo isn't the exciting place they make it out to be. approximately as exciting as Auschwitz interior the summertime maximum days in case you have a humorousness and attempt to teach it on solutions. My account will probable be suspended the following day and you're in common terms making my factor.

All i can say is that Bush must have some Republican donors who have financial interests in the funeral business. They must be making a fortune on caskets, urns, headstones and flags for the bodies of our dead troops.
Who's the traitor here ? I prefer my troops to be alive and fighting a worthy cause, not this Iraqi nonsense. Commander in Chief ? Not in my book.

i agree with MOST of what you said however the traitor part gives me issue.
cut and run
the ridiculous all nighter
the grandstanding and posturing in syria in violation of the logan act
36000 carded requests for unrelated pork spending on the defense bill
the non taxpaying territorial vote grant of areas that just "happen" to be liberal.
these are much clearer examples and happened earlier than the one you speak about.

If, after all this time, you still believe anything coming out of that man's mouth, there's a bridge in San Fransisco I want you to look at - I'm willing to let it go real cheap.

Well, given the fact that I believe the democratic party were a bunch of traitors BEFORE his speech, the title still stands.

It is time to put them all on trial for treasonous talk while we have men and women still serving in the Middle East. It is amazing how all of the democrats are playing Monday night quarterback now that they think the war is not going in their favor. I served in Iraq in 2004 and am glad I had a chance to serve my country with honor.

I didn't see his speech but I don't place any importance on anything that man says. He has proven himself time and time again as an incompetent buffoon. Sometimes I am embarrassed that he was elected and reelected even though I did not ever vote for him.
