First of all I am talking about post mail, not e-mail.

Anyways: I have an email penpal that would like to switch to snail mail now that we've gotten to know each other, but I have no idea how to send international mail!

Do I need a special envelope? Special stamps? I understand that I can get the mail weighed at the post office and pay for postage there, but do I need to put the letters in anything specific?

For now, I will only be sending letters, no packages.

Also, any idea the going rate for sending a letter overseas on average? I would be sending from the USA to South Korea. I also need to send mail to England.

I've heard that there are flat-rate envelopes for international mail, but they seem more for sending packages. I'm hoping I can use normal envelopes...

Shocked, silly, let-down ...um.."NAIVE...at worst"...

BUT if those who DO accuse the McCanns of murder, are proved wrong,
what would they feel?
Would GUILT for the vindictiveness they have vent on an already grieving family,
rent their hearts & eat at their lives forever?

hey..

im 13 now and iv been feeling really weird lately and i dont know why i dont like school much or anything but i have no reason to feel sad and i cut myself smetimes for no reason at all i dont have any problems like medicaly wrong with me but sometimes i feel like killing myself just to get to heaven and be with God..is it okay to feel like this or is this bad and what should i do i try praying a lot all most 3 times i day but i dont read my bible as much as i should.a little while back my best riend told me she had sex and that made me feel really bad and it felt liek she put a lot of presser on to me because she was teh only one i told i havnt told my mum or dad or anything i keep everthing inside of me and i just feel like dying what should i do.. and i know jesus loves but it it hard sometimes...

When i first heard about missing maddie, i was 100% sure it was the parents, to me they seemed quite calm and hardly the parents of an abducted child, far from it.
As things have progressed with the case im not that 100% sure they did actually do it.
I think they are being framed by the portugeese law, something is not right, i could be wrong and so could thousands of people. The news are saying they think it was an accident with sleeping tablets so why would blood be found, now her diary has leeked to the press saying that her kids exhaust her, well im a parent of 2 young children and they exhaust me but im not going to kill them because im tired of them, i think they are at fault for leaving their kids on their own in a strange place, but im not sure about what has happened now.
I think there has been so much hype about it and its gone world wide, the portugeese police are at fault and are panicking about something.
Tell me your thoughts.

Why doesn't Tony Blair do more to distance England from Cuba? As I understand it England can sell goods to Cuba. Also, they allow their people to spend money there and prop up the Govt. Fidel castro has killed thousands of his own people so this is absolutely unacceptable for you people to support the guy.

Here in the USA, we have a sanction against cuba because we know if the rest of the world did the same, Castro's government would collapse.

On two seperate occasions (about a two months apart) my cat was acting extremely weird. She started walking sideways, kinda drunken like, and then she puked on the floor. Now her throwing up is nothing new. Between my two cats, I clean up cat vomit from the floor about twice a week. There's nothing wrong with them, they're just little piggies. But the stumbling thing is freaking me out a bit. She seems perfectly fine afterward and there has been no other health changes. I read on the internet somethings cats act that way due to flea medications, but she hasn't been treated for fleas in three months, so that can't be it. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ok i have noticed that pepper the poodle i got after its owner passed hasn't been eating so i put about a tablespoon of the wet dog food the owner had in with the dry food and he ate some.. i have always been told wet dog food is not good for dogs what should i do? please help.. maybe someone that knows alot about poodles should give me your email addy so we can tak more..lol

I don't know how to ask this question properly..but, my husband was a virgin when I married him. Even his inner part was not the way it is for other guys. How can his be like others? Lulu was a prostitute. One day there was a raid. All the prostitutes were lined up outside the police station as they took them in one by one.

As Lulu stood in line, she saw her Grandma coming down the street and was so ashamed, Grandma didn't know her occupation.

Grandma stopped to say hi, and asked what the line was for. Lulu, saving face, said that the police were giving away fresh oranges to those waiting Grandma said wonderful, she loved oranges and got at the end of the line.

When the policeman got to the end and saw her, he was amazed. He said, "How the heck do you do this at your age?"

The policeman fainted.
