I agree with that. Bill Belichick cheated and very well changed the outcome of one or more games. Who know how long the team has been doing this, and that definately raises the question of the Super Bowl dynasty. It would be nice to know they won all those games fair, but the question still remains.
As far as the Hall of Fame, he should not be allowed, and that is just because he did cheat to get where he is. Pete Rose did not, and will not be in the Baeball Hall of Fame. For that I do not think Bill Belichick shoulf be in footballs.

He'll make it in the hall of fame unless they somehow prove that he cheated during the Superbowls. I'm not a fan of him, but he did win three Superbowls. The most that will come of his punishment is the $500,000 fine to him and the first round draft pick loss, along with that $250,000 other loss.
They can't prove that he did it more than the one time. If they can prove that he's done it several times, especially during the Superbowl games, then there might be consideration for banning from the hall of fame.

Pete Rose was gambling on baseball, while he was playing and managing in the sport. He violated their most sacred rule, no gambling on baseball. What Belichick did, while against the rules, cannot be compared to gambling on the game. Sure he was cheating, but he wasn't betting on the sport. It may hurt his chances of getting in the Hall of Fame, but it won't keep him out.

As long as the Pat go to the Super Bowl I don't care if Belichick gets in the HOF.

Banned for what? Never gonna happen. What Pete Rose got banned for was for betting on the game, not cheating as far as we see in sports its OK to cheat but as soon as you bet in the game, you are done for good. There are probably others other there that cheat all the time, he was just stupid to get caught.

I think he should, but sadly, he'll make it in there. I just don't see WHY he needs to cheat. He's a great coach, with amazing talent. Makes you wonder how long he's been doing this. If Philly has their way, his name will be tarnished. Then, he might not make it to Canten.

It is interesting - you can cheat, murder, be a drug user, beat your wife - and eligible for the HOF of any sport.
But betting is not allowed.
I think character should count to some degree - Baroid should be banned too. Big Mac too.
Yes, Belicheat should be banned.
