Since the ~30 years from my birth sound waves (from my first movements and cries) have travelled 325,346,400km - or about 1000 light seconds.

Light from me (my light cone) has travelled 30 light years.

Now I believe that from my frame of reference, the light has not experienced the passing of time - is that right? - but the sound has (as time slows down as one approaches light speed.

Anyway, just as light reaching us from stars light years away tells us about what has happened in the past, if we could reverse the light from my birth, in it's direction (say by a hypothetical but improbable mirror), in 30 years time we would see the event over again - and be looking back 30 years into the past.

But with the sound, if we could encode it's information into light wavicles, we would be looking only 1000 seconds into the past - or so it would seem.

It this apparent oddity explained by the faster rate at which time passed for the sound (ie. less time dilation)

I have had to put up with a lot of "baggage" since I have been going out with my boyfriend the last 10 months. He used to say things like "if and when I get married it will be forever as I don't believe in divorce because of my parent's" and he really wanted to buy a house and was looking into buying with friends "because he would rather do that than buy with a girl because so many of his relationships haven't worked out." This used to make me feel pretty bad but it was the early stages so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He also hasn't told me he loves me as again he says he will only say it when "he truly means it" and "it's a big deal" for him. He tells me he is falling in love with me "so much" but never lets me know how he feels about me really. All the above has made me sceptical that it may not work with this guy and he may never fall for me. However recently he has started saying "when we get married" and now wants to buy a house with me? What is going on?

I just need some advice. My mother has emailed my step-father saying that she wants a separation. She hasn't been honest with me either. I have a feeling that she went back to an old boyfriend from her teenage years (who is married)!

My mom has never been happy. After my father died she got married to my step-father only after one year. They've been married now for about 7 years and now she says that she's not happy. My step-father is a good man and recently walked me down the aisle on the happiest day of my life; I refuse to abandon him. But now my mother and I aren't speaking with each other because we just fight and all the conversations are useless.

I believe that marriage is forever. I can't imagine treating a person as if they are disposable. My mom is also leaving her two cats and dogs; I think her behavior is disrespectful/disgusting. She just got on a plane and left all of them...and now she's not going back.

It seems like all I can do is pray for her?

For the first time in my life I am the proud owner of one of them stick throwers.

I have managed to procure a very nice compound crossbow. I have been shooting projectile weapons since I was 4, but have never fired a crossbow.

I am aware of the basics of safety and sanity. Unfortunately, I am not aware ofthe following:

- How to determine the proper bolt length?
- What type of bolts should I purchase - Practice and Hunting?
- What type of broadheads and how will each impact the flight or speed?
- It has a basic peep site. What should I look into as an upgrade?

Hi, Our rabbit had 6 babies on Augest 8th and its been about a month. What we didnt know was that the father got the mother pregnant right after before we could get him out of the cage, So she had 5 more babies an exact month later.
