Try some of that newer fine nylon mesh, no see um, is what some people call it. Make sure you check the strength out before you purchase, there's some cheap stuff out there, that can be ripped real easy.

Any of the type that people use to cover doors....if it's flexible. Make sure the holes are small and staple it in. Then put a 1x2 or a 1x1 over the staples, nail in, and you've got yourself some mosquito screening.

at a hardware, buy some no see um netting, its finer than regular screen,
some of the newer screen is also good,
nylon type, use a cardbord strip fold the netting around 1 turn and staple it to window FRAME,
