Bumps on a log. It's old-fashioned kids' food, but is now considered fun for parties. Wash celery stalks and cut into 2" sections -- don't slit them up the middle. Lighten some peanutbutter by mixing in some margarine. (About 1 cup pb with 3 or 4 tablespoons marg works great.) Spread this in the center groove of the celery sections. Dot with raisins. If your crowd likes things hot, add a few drops of hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco) when you add the margarine.
