Open minded people are usually much easier to get along with, and can be fun to hang out with. Open minded people usually know how to enjoy things in life.
Closed minded people are set in their ways and stubborn. Closed minded people are usually afraid of change. To them change is a bad thing, and they do not know how to handle it. Closed minded people can be extremely difficult to get along with as they stick to what they believe and do not accept anything else, or won't do anything outside of their comfort zone.

I like for people to have an open mind about all things enough to evaluate both sides of any argument. After that you can gradually close your mind off on a particular concept, but I would still caution anyone to never lose the view of the other side.

Open mindedness for me, no matter what it is. I've finally realized I don't do well with boundaries and confinement within a relationship.
And I too, associate closed minded with a certain ignorance, as some closed minded people never want to be open to new experiences and learning.

hmmm... Being open minded is a good thing, unless it has to do w/ cheating in a marraige, breaking the law, or going against what the Bible says... Open minded people are great... most closed minded people are considered that because they have morals and standards... nothing wrong w/ having beliefs =) I don't consider those people closed minded, just consider them even better people =) that's all I have to say for now...

Closed minded people are less intelligent and boring. Open minded people are good as long as their open mindedness is not an excuse for lack of personality, intelligence or sense of self.

happy with your sex life. You are getting more than
some of us.
It has been a very long time for me.
I am an opened minded person. That is the way to be. Take

Open minded people.
Maybe this is closed minded of me - seems like a trend where people are less able to trust others - and less accepting - and less open minded.
Being open minded requires some effort!

Depends on the subject. I typically prefer an open minded person but there are defiantly limits to that.
