I think, IN GENERAL, that those results are quite valid. There have been other similar studies out for a while, and it show in the party discipline of the right, while the left is looser and treis to be a little more all-encompassing. Not perfectly so, but more-so than the right.

Absolutely I do.
There are advantages to both. Conservatives (myself) are adapt at getting things done. Liberals are great at providing outside the box thinking. I am referring to my experience at work. As long as both individuals have the same goal in mind all is well!
Insults not intended (and these are generalizations, there are of course exceptions):
Conservatives are usually more disciplined and straight forward. We make great law enforcement & military people.
We are not typically involved in the arts although liberals typically are. They are usually more creative. Nobody can argue that more musicians, poets, actors (just look at Hollywood) are inclined to be liberal than they are to be conservative.
Now I would like to point something out here. From the answers I see while I have been adding to my answer I see attacks from the liberals.
Why is this?
Liberals are typically more emotional than conservatives. Conservatives are typically more logical and analytical. Anger and resentment are emotions therefore, the liberals lashed out. I am a conservative and I saw this as an opportunity to present how both kinds of people can contribute to society…

Liberals/conservatives are wired identical from the factory, but their "computers" are PROGRAMMED differently between the ages of three to seven years of age. After seven years of age the human "computer" can NOT be reprogrammed!

From reading the answers to these questions, I'd say that conservatives are more conciliatory and understanding of human differences and liberals are bigoted and hateful.

Obviously they are. I have noticed that this study seems to be pretty accurate in my experience. Conservatives tend to only be able to see things in black and white, whereas liberals tend to be more fluid in their thoughts.

I think that study is bull dung. I was a liberal when I was younger and now I'm conservative. Many of my friends are the same way. And lest we forget, the study came from...drum roll please....liberal NYU. Ta da!

No. I don't like lumping people together in groups. Life is not like that.
