With the middle name their not so bad for girls, but I think you're trying to go for something unique. But when I hear
Cedonia Wells or
October Wells
it sounds like a subdivision in the suburbs of cookie cutter generic houses with lots of beige.

And for the boy i would change Blaze to Blake :

Not good, not good at all.
Cedonia Cecile Wells: Cedonia is odd, and I just don't like Cecile.
October Satine Wells: If you must use a month, please stick with May or June. October seems ridiculous. Satine is even more ridiculous than October.
Maverick Blaze Wells: That sounds like a horse name or a corny action hero. Why would you want to name a little boy that?

I think they boy had better grow up to be a cowboy with a name like that. I like October Satine, but not Cedonia so much.

I love the name October, I think it is pretty and unique. Plus it is the month I am born, so it's oooh so nice. Not sure about Satine as her middle name, it can easily be pronounced as Satan and thats not cool for the little girl to have to defend. Satin maybe but the extra "e" just throws it off. Also love the Maverick Blaze name. Your names are not traditional at all, which is cool.
