That is not the teaching of the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church teaches:

+ About Judaism: "The Jewish faith, unlike other non-Christian religions, is already a response to God's revelation in the Old Covenant. To the Jews "belong the sonship, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises; to them belong the patriarchs, and of their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ"; "for the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.

+ About Islam: The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day.

+ About other non-Christian religions: All nations form but one community. This is so because all stem from the one stock which God created to people the entire earth, and also because all share a common destiny, namely God. His providence, evident goodness, and saving designs extend to all against the day when the elect are gathered together in the holy city.

You are a fool if you really think this way. I am saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. My whole life and family do everything we can for everyone that we can. We do it for the glory of God and don't expect anything back. That is part of having a relationship with Jesus. When a person is saved they grow in the Lord and things are revealed to them that you or anyone that is not saved would not even begin to comprehend. There is Only One God. Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit are One. Someone not saved can't understand the mysteries of God. That is part of the reward. The relationship we share with each other and Jesus Christ. There is nothing selfish about praising God and giving Him the glory and praise. That is what He wants us to do. That is why He created us. (Matthew 1:23) “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son. They shall call his name Immanuel;” which is, being interpreted, “God with us.” (John 1:1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:3) All things were made through him. Without him was not anything made that has been made. (John 1:10) He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world didn’t recognize him. (John 1:14) The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 8:58) Jesus said to them, "“Most certainly, I tell you, before Abraham came into existence, I AM.”" (John 10:30) I and the Father are one.”" (John 10:38) But if I do them, though you don’t believe me, believe the works; that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”" Philippians 2:10-13 (King James Version) 10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The Reality of the Holy Trinity has not yet been revealed to mankind when Abraham, Issac, David, and Moses walked the earth. Why would God hold them to account for a Truth He had not yet revealed?

Catholics don't generally condemn people to Hell; we have "rules", but we don't usually say "If you don't follow our rules, you go to hell". That's for God to decide, not us...

In fact, any one who's telling you that "You WILL go to hell if you blah blah blah..." should be viewed with caution: I guarantee, that a human being has NO IDEA and NO SAY-SO in who will go to hell!

I don't think the Jewish Ancestors, the Fathers of our Faith, would be faulted for worshipping GOD without knowledge of His trinitarian existence. God is quite understanding; and anyone who isn't given the chance to understand the fullness of His Knowledge will not be condemned for that. Jesus was not yet come when Abraham, Moses, David, etc. were alive. They followed God's Will, and I'd guess they were rewarded.

Besides, the New Testament does illustrate several instances where we get a hint that the Ancestors are (or will later be) in Heaven:
The Transfiguration, where Jesus is up on the mountain with a few apostles, and is suddenly illuminated with white light, and beside him appear Moses and Elijah, also illuminated...
(Mt.17:1-8; also Mk.9:2-8; and Lk.9:28-36)

and one passage also mentions how Jesus finds more faith in a Centurion soldier, who wished his servant to be healed, than among his fellow Jews, and speaks of Abraham, etc. in Heaven: (from Mt.8:10-12)

10Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, "Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.

11"I say to you that many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven;

12but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

Thus, Jesus indicates that at some point in time, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob WILL BE reclining at the table in the kingdom of Heaven. It's those who come AFTER Christ, who have the chance to know him, and yet still deny him, whose fate is uncertain at best...

However, if you're really concerned about God letting people into Heaven, do some research on the Divine Mercy, as it was revealed to St.Faustina in about the 1930s: she indicates that, no matter what was done or believed during a person's Earthly life, there IS a chance during/after Death when each Soul is allowed one final glimpse of Christ and His Truth, and if even then a Soul who previously didn't believe suddenly decides "Yes, NOW I believe", then that Soul will be saved.

So, even those who deny the Trinity CAN still make it to Heaven, so long as their Souls recognizes their Savior when He comes to greet them upon Death.

I hope this helps!

Peace.

Catholics have this odd idea that three separate entities, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, are all different representations of the same God. When you ask any Christian theologian to explain how three separate entities can all be the same thing, you'll get some answer along the lines of, "They're not" or "Well, you have to have faith." In other words, it's an idea that fails any and all scrutiny.

Dunno about that. That's what they believe.
But as a catholic, I wouldn't go rationalize God's rules.

HE is beyond logic. And undoubtedly incomprehensible. The ones who made the rules are humans who think they are told by God directly.

To limit his thought to human emotions and logic is stupid and totally blasphemous. A kind aetheist can go to heaven just as a 3vil and n4ughty priest can be damned to hell.

Whether you believe him or not doesn't matter. It's for him to decide whether you go to hell or not.

God is one. When one worships the Father, they are worshipping the Son.
