I am taking care of a little boy that is 18 months old. Now I guess he fell this past weekend, but he has a huge bump on his forehead. He also has severe bruising on his abdomen and legs. Now his mother told me that he fell in the kitchen from a chair. I asked her if she took him to the doctor because of the wound on his forehead. She said that she did not because there are no hemophilia specialists in the area where we live. Now what I want to know is if every basic family physician specializes in hemophilia or are there actual hemophilia specialists? I am just try to track a pattern of abuse because she did not want to take him to a doctor.

that owners in baseball have money they REFUSE to spend on free agents and players in their organization that will become free agents?

Does anybody realize that Kansas City once had an outfield featuring Johnny Damon, Carlos Beltran and Jermaine Dye at the same time. Now I'm not saying they should've kept all 3 or even any if that was their idea. But they should've gotten some TOP prospects in return for all of them and including the revenue sharing they should be competing RIGHT NOW. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY FRANCHISE TO HAVE PULLED THIS.

I just came into town to visit my parents, and their car seemed to develop an electrical issue since its last trip to the shop. First the A/C went out. Then check the engine light came on. Now honking the horn opens the trunk. The airbag light goes on and off. And most recently, the speedometer and tachometer jump in spurts, even reporting that I was doing 50 mph at the stop sign.

Are there any easy diagnostics or solutions that I can use, or is this a case of going back to the shop (which they keep postponing......)?

What are my chances, and what else must I do?
I am on my second year of school in Middlesex County College with 28 credits and a GPA of 3.85. I also did wrestling my first year but this year I am giving that up to join National Honor Society. Im 5'10, attractive, cool attitude and can't get a date with anyone remotely close to my height. Men who approach me are 5'5 and shorter. Honestly speaking what is it? He loves unconditionally.He doesn't ever tell you that you're not good enough or that who you are is wrong or bad.He doesn't care about what you believe or how you live your life just so long as you're nice to him.He doesn't care for dogma because he hates dogs.He knows that there is no God because he is already the center of the universe and he commands respect otherwise he will scratch you and hiss until he gets his respect.He walks proud and talks often.But he never uses his pride or his words to tell you what to do.Just as long as you respect his space, you and my cat will get along just fine.Now is that morality or what?

I'm 3 cm and 60% effaced 38 weeks and have a doc appt. today. I just got off the phone with my best friend and she said that they might send me over to the hospital today if I dilated and effaced more. She said that with her daughter, she was 5 cm and 80% effaced with no contractions at 37 weeks and they broke her water that day. My question is is how dilated and effaced can you be before they will induce? Thanks!

Lately my friends have been really bitchy 2 me. They r 3 boys called David, Jack and Dan. I've been friends with Jack n Dan 4 3 years n at 1 point Jack liked me loads but I didnt go out with him coz Im not alowed bfs, n he was OK with that. I met David about a year ago we liked each other LOTS anyway we got over it and everything continued as normal. David is also friends with Jack and Dan. Lately David has started being really nasty to me (called me names, blocked me on MSN, ignored me at school etc). Anyway we made a band David on guitar me vocals Jack on drums Dan on bass. Weve only done a few songs and we were always giving each other tips and stuff, but today they kicked me out of the band n Jack says its coz I wasnt a gud singer but they said I was gr8 b4. Also Jack has been sayin realy snidey stuff like sexist comments, now Im just sick of them n its gettin really annoyin also Dan keeps asking me out its drivin me crazy. Shud I ditch them n get new friends who appreciate me? x

Hi, an x-ray and CT scan showed a mass approx. 9cm by 6cm between the heart and the lung, behind the lung if that makes sense. A biopsy has been done and an appointment made for 3 weeks time, so we had been advised not to worry about cancer, my mum has never smoked etc.

However, my mum is worried about how it will be removed, as she didnt recover well after surgery recently.

I know it might not have to be removed, but does anyone know how it might be removed?
