Why have you lost all the esteem and confidence you gained from your trip? You know that you have those qualities inside of you, you know you are capable, so why are you holding yourself back? Don't trust the people who back stabbed you, don't go around those who bully you. Having confidence in yourself is the only way to defeat these types of individuals. Don't let a crowd of idiots break you, it's only a temporary situation, when you're done with school, you'll never see those jokers again in your life.

Hey Joho, I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I know that can be a miserable situation. If you are not able to change schools, then I suggest you focus on your own future and try to pave the way for your future goals. Start planning ahead and get things in line so you can make your dreams come true. Give most of your attention to this and you will find you don't have much left over for immature school kids who want to cause trouble. Just be polite to them, but really, dismiss them in your mind as unimportant. Get a part time job after school and start saving at least half your wages. By the time you are 35, you could be financially secure and in a career you love. A lot of those losers will still be trying to figure out why their lives suck!
You can do it. Don't waste a lot of your time and energy on those people. Save it for the good friends you will meet when you are out of high school. College is different..you will like it.
Best wishes.

Home-schooling costs money, as well as private and charter schools, so I would say those aren't worth it. What you should do is join at least one club, but only clubs that you are interested in. There, you will hopefully meet people that share your interests and you might get some worth-while friends. Try to hang in there, and don't let the past discourage you. It's the future that counts. I'm sure that in a high school with most likely over a thousand students you can find some real friends.

school is rough if its not possible for you to switch schools pick out 1 or 2 people where you go to school now and become friends with them just to kill the time and have someone to hang out with so you dont look weird or feel left out you my create a life long friend if not, remember school is only so many years of your life and when your done with it you can move away and never see those people again make the most of your education its the only freebie you get in life...and if you do well you can become something fantastic and go back to your reunion and make them all jealous with what youve become

u have a phobia.
trust me, u can never be helped by even the most truthful person until u change ur mindset.
u should think from within urself that u want to trust people, then u will be able to trust in people.

We all have to go through this at some time or another. Unfortunately there are always people who like to make us feel bad about ourselves. I think it's because they don't feel so good about themselves. I try to not give them my power by allowing them to make me feel bad about anything. They can't make me feel anything that I don't allow. It sounds simple not to allow them to make me feel bad, but it takes a lot of work. Something else that helps is when I have mercy for them as healthy folks don't feel the need to act out in this way.
may Peace be with you

Get involved in activities OUTSIDE of school, like karate, or music or dancing lessons, anything you're into! This way you can make friends outside of your crappy school and HAVE FUN! Also, when you're at school with all these jerks, it won't bother you because you'll be looking forward to hanging out with your friends later at class or session or whatever.
When I was in high school I met most of my friends at Denny's. :) They all went to different schools but we would hang out all night at Denny's on the weekends. Good times.

Out of your entire school there is no one you can trust? I don't believe it. There has to be somebody. Have you made the effort?
If you really want to leave, also look at charter schools, private schools, and lastly home schooling.
