Iron deficiency called anemia. I am borderline anemic. I was anemic when I was pregnant six years ago. My doctor told me to get iron tablets or multivitamins with iron in them to help resolve it. Good Luck!

anemia - not enough iron, makes you feel weak and tired all the time. My mum has it and whenever she feels lethargic, she eats spinach, tuna fish and chicken. Iron supplements also work.
