I find your question confusing. Why would President Bush want to cover up Al Gore's election fraud trail?? While it may come as a compete surprise to you, people die every day from illness or accidents. Even if Rep. Gilmor knew every nuance about Al Gore's election fraud attempt, why would it make any difference? He lost, even with said attempt.
