Christians: is pride always a sin? Is it ever justified? Is all pride the same...pride in yourself, pride in your children, pride in your faith, pride in your country?

Or if you don't believe in "sin," to what extent is pride okay, and when does it cross the line into being obnoxious...even wrong?

I came here a while ago, then we had Internet problems. Now that I'm back, it's like a ghost town!!! I don't see anyone, anywhere! Most of the people I knew have been suspended, I see NO avatar games in sight! Jesus Christ what happened!?

Racist remarks do not belong in a civilised public place.
If I were to remark on someone being a " black so & so " I would expect to be penailised & deservedly so.

A black person calling someone a " white so & so " has not committed a crime in the U.K. ( FACT ) 1st hand experience involving police officers - is this affimative action justified for years of racial intolerance that " ethnic's " have had to suffer at the hands of WHITES...?

I just need info on what is all needed to transfer parental rights to another person temperary. Is there alot of legal fees to deal with or is it as simple as a notary letter. hello everybody i got this problem at school that i am like half way into figuring out but i am stuck and i would realy appreciate your help
here is the problem:

A British Concorde(BC) and a French Concorde(FC) flew in opposite direction around the world, a distance of 40 000km. The BC covered half of its flight distance at a speed of 2500 km/h and the other half at a speed of 1000 km/f. The FC spent half of its flight time at 2500 km/h and the other half at 1000 km/h. Which concorde completed the trip first, and by how many hours did it beat the other?

2 Pairs of tanned & toned legs

1 Firm & ripe banana
1 Small & tight mixing bowl
1 Squirt of cream
Directions
1. Spread tanned & toned legs with loving arms
2. Carefully caress & massage jugs of milk
3. Steadily add the firm banana to mixing bowl easing in & out until fully creamed
4. As temperature increases, plunge banana deeper into mixing bowl, cover with nuts then leave to soak
5. When fully beaten, top with whipped cream
6. Recipe finished when banana is soft
7. If banana is not soft, repeat steps 2-5
Notes
1. Always wash utensils before & after use
2. Do not lick mixing bowl after use

Hi all, I am 30 and my husband is 32. We have been married for 6 years. We enjoy our life, we work hard at our jobs, take vacations, travel.
My question is- when do I know that I am ready for a kid? My husband and I tell each other that we might be ready, but I don't know for sure. How do I know? Should I talk to a parenting counselor?

My best friend was driving without insurance, got into a wreck that he caused. And now is being sued by the other person’s insurance company. Can the other person sue him as well as their insurance company? I told him he should hire a lawyer, but he insists against it. Because he isn’t disputing whether or not he was at fault. Go figure.

They have been fighting alot lately about his lying. She has gotten so mad at him and has slapped him on the face about 3 times. We have always felt she had anger management issues and have tired to get her help. She's over 18 so we can't force her to get help. Neither her father or I have ever hit each other or spanked or hit our kids. I feel that if they continue this relationship the violence will just escalate. It's pretty frightening neither set of parents wants them together but they believe they are in love and want to get married after dating for 4 months. Thank goodness she leaves for school in two days. Any ideas on how to handle this problem. I feel that until she knows why she does this it'll never stop. I'm afraid if she were ever to have children she'd hit them. We have always felt the relationship was dysfunctional, they both have slowly stopped hanging out with anyone but each other. She sometimes does the victim talk"its all my fault we fight" what 2 do?
