So the question is what day of the week did Crusoe meet his Friend who he called "Man Friday" or often referred to as "Friday"?

Thursday, Crusoe miscalculated the day of the week he was shipwrecked and called the native, Friday. But it really was Thursday. His biggest lament was that he was keeping the wrong day holy for worship.

Crusoe named him " guy Friday" because of the fact they met on Friday while Crusoe rescued him from a cannibal tribe bringing him to the island for dinner. i do no longer understand what his call surely replaced into..
