I started losing my hair maybe half a year ago and I'm 18 1/2 years old. I just bought 3 months worth of 2% rogaine (women's) to try first. I'm wondering if rogaine actually prevents baldness or is just meant to re-grow lost hair. Right now, mine is just a thinning patch on the crown area.

Many people in the Madison area may never get the chance to hear for themselves what the experience of today's immigrant workers is like, says Rabbi Laurie Zimmerman.

Some of them will get that chance this weekend.

"Immigrant Workers in the Pulpit" is bringing local workers to 15 area churches and synagogues to share at worship services their experiences as immigrants on the job.

In a variation on the Interfaith Coalition for Workers Justice of South Central Wisconsin's annual Labor in the Pulpits, the organization is focusing on immigrant workers to give them a voice in the midst of red-hot political controversy over the status of immigrants in the United States.

"This is important because of the tenor in American society," Zimmerman said. "There is such vicious discourse on the immigration issue. It is important for people of faith to hear people who are immigrants and really struggling in society."

How do u find the college that fits best. how do you know what career you'd like in the future. now this im sure isnt what most of you think its about. if anyone watches the TV series 'The Universe' on the history channel im sure they have seen the comercial for the last episode, which is about the big bang.

in this comercial it says that in 3 minutes 98% of everything ways created, now i was under the impression that 100% of everything was created at the same time in the giant explosion, it might have took more time for some energy to cool into matter, but it was still there.

I was sitting on the couch with my dad tonight talking about movies, books and soundtracks. My dad's the only one I talk to about this because no one I know is interested in it, and neither is he, but he can tune me out but still say "mhm" or "yeah" every once in a while so I feel like I'm talking to someone that's interested in the same things I am. Well, anyway, I have asked him before after we had watched a movie or something what is favorite part was and he always says "I don't have one". But today I asked him if he had a favorite movie: he said no. I asked if he had a favorite book: no. Favorite song: no. It got me thinking. It seems like all he does is work (he is in the automotive business), research colleges for me and my sister, and in general take care of me, my sister, and my mom. I was sick on Friday and my boss made a big deal thinking I was trying to take a longer weekend! They always do that! Anyways I was sick and obtained a doctors note I am picking up Tuesday before work. Can I still get fired or do they have to accept this if the doctor puts I needed to be excused on Friday?
