why is it that India's goverment help the poor and poorer people at least get some clean water? Or even the Movie stars they are very wealthy if not that then why cant we just adopt the childrens whose parents are unable to afford them?

The world is a sad place... No matter where you are things break and fall into disrepair and if the people who live near cannot learn how to keep things working then no matter how much money you spend they will always need more. People need education and motivation to be self-sufficient. Instead they just have kids because they are bored and if you took those kids they would have kids to replace them.
Teach people that they can take care of themselves... that if they spend their time trying to make their lives better instead of just being sad and having kids that their world will be a much better place.

If you adopt the poor, what about the Poorer. If poor are adopted what about the Poorest.
So better not give bread to some one. It is best to make him earn bread.

NO ONE has the right to take a child from a parent who is providing the neccesities. as a parent, struggling to survive day to day with my children i would fight tooth and nail to keep my children.
