ive answered this Q lately;

"Elitism" is taught here as it is else where;
And it has some basis- fast thinkers lull slower and more
reasonable ones into listening to "their song"
(A Darwin-ian Song if i Ever Heard One)

Also, in schools and colleges everywhere,young people
and not-so-young people everywhere are subject-WITH
SOCIETIES APPROVAL- to a selective, Competing plan
whereby the (early) stronger athletic types are selected for
sports; and with NATIONAL (ie for the nation!) aims.

What do i think about the widening class/income gap?
Our children should be taught not to worry about it;they should
be taught things like control not just of their emotions (and urges) but also that, since their ancestors didnt learn much
from their mistakes(one being that a wealthy and thus
powerful person is to be admired for that), therefore we hope that a younger person can more easily see that "class"
is never related to "income"- this is a fictinal ideal which
does not and need NOT be believed true.

Economically speaking, widening class income is an efficient way of handling society. Imagine a world where income was equal, it would be a nightmare and I will show you why.

1. Income gap is the by product of Capitalism
2. If everyone gets the same amount of money, there will be no incentive to achieve greatness since you are going to get the same reward regardless.
3. Society will suffer becuase of lack of work, since pay will be the same
4. Living standards will decrease becuase of this
5. For income gap to close, everyone will need equal CONDITION and this prevents freedom, since everyone will be forced into the same condition
6. Those who want to achieve greatness can't becuase they are forced shut
7. The great people are forced to be leveled out with the weakest.

it will continue to grow until the lower income classes kill themselves off or take over by, here it is: VOTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......it is the reason there is a class gap at all. we have been lied to since the beggining of this country and will be lied to as long as it keeps the same people in office. people started this thing and people will have to change it. the working people.

I think it's an outrage. It's the lasting legacy of the Republican dominance of America over the last two decades, and I pray that the new Administration will reverse the trend.
