Just wanting to know peoples personal opinions about husband & wife or baby mama with a promise ring..I just want to know if you have given him more than one child & the ring your wearing is just waiting on a date what's your value compared to a honest woman (a wife) that reeps all the benefits while your just possibly going to get child support order..MAYBE?

It's better, at least for the woman and kids, for marriage to come first. We have more legal protection.

A ring does not make a marriage...remember that. Be happy you are commited to each other. In time marriage will come.

well if I could do it all over again I would go marriage and then kids, I have done it the other way and it has worked cause we still waited to see if it was going to work and it has.

I had my first child before I got married. We all dream about being married and having kids but it doesn't always work out that way. I wouldn't worry too much about it

just because you got a ring, dont mean you got a marriage... dont have kids first
get engaged
get married
then have babies
