I recently had an ultra sound examination. Can cancer show up on this examination?
The doctor said that I had fatty tissues attached to my liver only(my torso and organs were thoroughly checked). Should I consider myself all clear?

I have 4 cats and two of them are not fat but they are long haired and have excess skin so it makes them quite large and they are tall. I dont have a cat flap i usely let them out/in the door when they want to go out or come in. the only problem is they always come in and out so i was thinking about getting a cat flap but that might be too small for the big ones. so i was thinking more about a dog flap! lol. I've seen them before but aren't they dangerous. A skinny man might get through one or be able to stick a pole though it at night and grab stuff from my house! i know it sounds silly but are they safe?

The company wrote back to me with details of their company as Capital comforts, 351, Oxford Street, W1C 2JF.They sent out the beds initially when I was'nt ready and I told them I was going to contact them.I have called them for more than a week now but no answer. Initially they asked that one could leave a voice mail. But now the phone either goes into fax or it just rings continuosly. Have I been duped? I thought that a company that would place an advert in the newspaper with their phone no shouldbe genuine. They gave their phone no as 0800 916 8562. please help. I have paid them £1697.00

I got a 98 honda prelude auto and i had the transmission rebuilt about 5k miles ago. Now i can hear like a buzzing sound sometimes and when they tranny gets hot it will start slipping gears a little bit and gets a little jerky in and out of gears. Could this be a easy fix or no?

So, I've decided to get a tattoo on my private parts & wanted some advice on where & how to maintain it. First, I wanna tell you up front: I'm aware how painful it will likely be (I have a tat, which already hurt & know this will be a lot more painful). I don't think it'll be slutty because a sl*t is a girl who sleeps around & I don't, regardless of where my tats are (and I don't plan to show it to a lot of peeps). Also, I don't think I'll regret it as with aging there'll be a lot worse things to complain about than a (albeit wilting) flower. So, please don't give me opinions about those things. My question is about hair: Is it a good idea to get it in an area where hair grows? I thought about getting it above it, but there's less room there. Will waxing/shaving/plucking (Yes, I've been known to pluck) make my tattoo fade faster? Is it a good idea to wax beforehand or could that hamper ink-absorption? Any experienced peeps have any thoughts? I'd really appreciate it.

im 19 and have been told by my doctor that i may be able to have a double mastectomy and reconstruction on the NHS if i decide i want to.

my mum got breast cancer when she was 34 and died when she was 42, 5 years ago. i was her carer and watched her get worse and worse every day.

i would do anything to stop this from happening to me as she was in so much pain and constantly in and out of hospital. she had no quality of life towards the end, and seeing my mum like this will scar me for life.

i went to the doctor to see if i can be scanned every year or so to check im dont have breast cancer, but she said i cant be tested till im 40!!!! so the only other option is the matectomy and reconstruction.

so i really want this operation to make sure i never ever get cancer. i know its a big operation but i think its totally worth it

whats your opinion?? no nasty remarks please this is a sensitive topic to me.

In the OT, people used animals as blood offerings to God. Why is that necessary? The poor animal didn't do anything wrong! And if the human sinned, how does his slaughtering of an animal justify it?

I am going to a wedding. People are very laid back. Weddng is at the seaside, first church in a village by the sea (asphalted pavement) and then party at a wood terrace on the beach. I will vear a creamlike coloured dress, above the knees, feminine and simple and I dont know what shoes to wear. I have two options: flats resembling ballet shoes or sandals with two straps only and 5 cm hills, pls see pics below (my sandals have only two straps, one over toes one in the back of teh leg ). Me and my girlfriend are considering going to Capri from Sorrento for a few days... never been, but I'm a little unsure of how we get to our hotel in the Capri. I don't speak italian, but keep hearing about the Funicular.. is this a raliway? chairlift?
Do people speak english?
At arrival from the boat from Sorrento where do I go? I hear I have to get a porter to carry my luggage - where do I find them?
Then where do I go to get some transport to the hotel? Where do I buy a ticket?
Is it a lot easier than it sounds? I'm used to just grabbing a taxi lol!
Any tips from other first timers??
