When I say idiot I mean idiot...All the girls at my school literally trip over them selves to talk to this one football player, even though he does remedial maths and english.

is 10gm of sugar a lot of sugar for cereal?
is 20gm of carbs a lot?
**like in bread/cereal etc **

its confusing.

I dont mean the sugars/carbs in junk food.. i'm talking like fruits/cereals etc.

also is adding some honey on healthy cereal cheating?

it makes having cereal that is quite plain (wheatbix) so much better...

Oh and another thing how important is dairy when it comes to loosing weight.. i mean i have low skim milk in cereal and bits of cheese every so often.. but should I be getting more... like having low fat yogurt etc.
