we have all the partiwall and planning permission that is required for this project. We need advice from builders or not who have experiance to share. thank you

if you have planning permission and you are aware of the party wall act ..then you must have drawings so exactly what do you want to know ?..if you have planning then you must have specified to who done the drawing what you want ..all you need to know will be on those drawings ..except the price to do it ..so be more specific and tell us exactly what you want ..or you are going to some meaningless answers to an obscure question

if you are going to get it done with a builder make sure they all paper work
ask for references
make sure they have insurance
and last thing make them sign a contract for what work they are doing for what price so they cant do a runner
