This is a tough one, but here's what we know:

After the early 1930s, Hitler generally followed a vegetarian diet, and had several health problems possibly including IBS and an irregular heartbeat. He was a non-smoker.

Churchill's health was fragile, as shown by a mild heart attack he suffered in December 1941 at the White House. He was famous for smoking cigars.

Churchill was also a champion fencer in his youth.

Churchill, with his strength from eating meat coupled with coordination and speed as proven by his fencing record would clobber Hitler's vegetarian nonsmoking ***.

Churchill was a British Bulldog, Hitler was a Parkinsons riddled skiddish little man. Churchill would have flattened him.

Both had military experience, but Hitler only ever made it to corporal (he was a motorcycle messenger) Gerd Von Rundstedt openly called him the little corporal to his face. However, only a legendary and much loved German hero like Von Rundstedt could have gotten away with it; and it was a well known sore spot for Hitler.

Hitler was just a big bully like any other bully on the street. He could get everyone else to do bad things for him but if someone chased him down and grabbed hold of him he would probably cry like a little biotch.

in his twenties and thirties Churchill:

as a Lt of Heavy Calvary, Churchill rode with the 21st Lancers at Omdurman, when 250 British horsemen charged a gully filled with 3,000 Dervish fanatics....Churchill that day personally killed a dozen with his lance, saber and revolver...

broke out of a South African ( Boer) prison camp and snuck 400 miles across South Africa back to British lines

was ready to lead the defense of Antwerp in 1914 with a detachment of Royal Marines......

spent his years of political exile from 1917-1939 building brick walls and paths at his country house and sparring most days with his trainer

Churchill, KO first round

I'd have to go with Hitler, he's got military experience and was probably taught how to throw a mean hook in training camp.
