Are they the equivalent of a ventriloquist's dummy, i.e. just writing down what someone else tells them, embellishing it with a more literary style? Do they retain creative vision in writing an "as told to" type story? If it's not their original idea like a novel, for instance, does that make them more of a journalistic hack? Last question: do they do this for "quick" money while pursuing their own endeavors or are they more limited in their scope and talent?

today I was at a store (black chandelier) and the had necklaces with little hooks on them, and they had a jar of live cochroaches that have gems and a hook glued to there backs, and then you hook them to the necklace and they crawl around on ur shirt. weird or cool

sypmtoms. I lhave ovarian cancer and I have had somebody on here compare my symptoms with her son, that soulds pathetic. SI was told by a cancer nurse that every symptoms are going to be differnet for everybody. Like with my cancer I have bad back pain, tiredness, losing my apppititie, blaoting, soimetimes craps in the abdomen, but becasue I do not have dirahea she tells me I do not have ovairain cancer. I told her I would be more than happy to send her my results. I know of someones mother who did of hte disease and in the latter stages like me she was getting thirsly a lot like I am. So I just want to get this clear everybody is diffent and thier ilness will not always be the same as everyone else. One of my spmtoms include something that is not mentioned in major symptoms, and was told by the doctor this symptom is all part of the desease. I just wished some people would stop canparing everyones illness to mine and my symptoms.

I just got powder foundation. Whats the best way to apply it without it looking too thick or caky. It came with a little pad, should I use that, or is a brush better? And, if I have it on all day, should I apply it sometimes during the day too? Or will it stay on OK?

Are there any weird habits or routines that any of you have?

With me for example, I always like to have something in my hand to fiddle with like a phone, pen, or coin, etc. I'm tapping a pen off the keyboard as I type this question.

is the new phone cord any different than the old one? will the sound be better? the phones wireless....the cord is just for hooking the base in to the wall jack. my old cord is shorter and easier to use while my new one is rediculously long.

Im 14 and my parents still dont let me download explicit music. I dont really agree with them because I already know all of the swears, and it's easy enough for me to listen to the explicit version of a song on Youtube, so why wont they buy me an explicit CD? Anybody know a good way to convince them?

The CD's that I would want to buy are of the Hip-hop/Rap genre, but my parents are fine listening to that in the car and stuff.

I am 13, and want to do some bible study. I don't really have any friends that would be intersted in doing this with me, so I'm basically on my own. I have no clue where to start! I have the NIV Backpack Bible. (No, it's not a little kiddie bible). This bible has the words of Christ in red, and then a readers help section; which has things like, what to read if you - are lonely, jealous, angry, desire to learn how to pray, etc. Then a "Promises From The Bible" section. Both of these give you verses to do with the subject. So I have my bible, and a highlighter, I am all set! Where to start?
