At about 20 weeks.
I played a lot of music and sang and danced while I was pregnant. Sometimes my babies would move around a lot or kick!
My toddlers now LOVE music and dancing and singing. LOL

Hah, when I was pregnant, I always had music playing around me, I played the piano all the time and my siblings would play lovely classical music on the piano as I'd sit next to them... I don't really remember how the baby reacted but I've heard that it is scientifically (yeah i spelled that wrong) proven that mothers who have babies liten to classical music while still in the womb and as infants make their brians more knowledgeable!

About 18-20 weeks, varies with babies. When I play mine music he starts kicking like crazy, I am almost 20 weeks. I have been playing music to him for about 4 weeks, I didn't get a reaction until 18 1/2 weeks.

The fetal ears are capable of hearing noises from about 22 weeks on.
I played music to my babies each day. My first, a singleton, liked to move around. My twins tended to fall asleep.
