Either he quits drinking, or she leaves him. End of story.
This is a dangerous game to be in, he may never INTEND to hurt her, btu when the alcohol is flowing freely, and the gun is swinging around like Roy Rogers was playing with it, someone is bound to get hurt.
She is his gf, not his mother, she doesn't need to be concerned for him every time he gets drunk. She can't fix him, all she can do is be supportive from a safe distance while he fixes hinself.

Let him shoot himself. Your sister should learn to love and respect herself a lot more than she does - if she had any self-respect she would have dumped the unstable loser a long time ago!

He shouldn't drink at all,he needs to go and see someone. As for your sister,i think its better if she leaves him. What if one day he decides to shoot her? Why does he has a gun in the first place?

Tell him if he ever gets drunk again she is leaving as she can not live with some one who gets drunk to start with, but refuses to sit and watch while he plays self pity games with guns.
Where is God in all this? Completely ignored, but He is still watching.

better to keep it up in balcony, and select one who can lead to bedroom. Life is not so simple which can be spent lavishly. the fact will be coming in picture when the age slightly pushed away. No one come for rescue when physical charming will be diminishing its attitude. So be careful about the future.

She should get him some help. Maybe if she gave him an ultimatum, he would trry to change. If he doesn't, she needs to leave him alone. The best love is tough love
