I agree with answer #1 and #2. AND, violating someone's legal given right to privacy could land you in court, too.

No it's not, I think its a gross invasion of their privacy. In this country we are governed by the "data protection act". There are things like leaving someone wide open to "identity theft", I know I wouldn't want to be responsible for causing this to happen to someone for the sake of two points and I wouldn't like to think some one had done it to me either.

No, it is not ethical. Not only that, it places their identity in risk and perhaps even their lives, if a disgruntled Ex or whatever is looking for them.

Just their names show. All the other information is blocked on my tribalpage tree. On my Ancestry.com tree it says: Living Belflower. I see nothing wrong with that!
