I am a private tenant (my cousins friend). We agreed that I would have a 3 year contract in which I would have first rights to buy the house and if I did not want it buy by then, they would want to sell. We agreed a rent of £500 per month, in which the rent would be REVIEWED TWICE yearly at 6 monthly intervals.
After the first 6 months, she said she wanted to put the rent up to £550 as intrest rates has rose, which we said fine, that was May 07 (we moved in Nov 06). She asked us 2 weeks ago if we knew if we were in a position to buy yet. She knows I am expecting a baby In Dec 07 and that I will starting maternity leave soon. So I said no, not till after maternity would we look into it, as I am going to be on less income, which should make no difference as at the end of the day, we have a 3 year contract. I have received a txt from her today saying she wants to increase the rent, again, as interest up to £600. Firstly, the next review wouldnt be up till Nov so that is against the . . .

in the military ets is when youre enlistment is over they can put u on a stop lose and keep u in the service until they want u to exit the service now on the other hand KBR workers who really voluteer to work in a war enviroment sign a contract and if they cant handle it they just decide to go home and find another job not really mad at the system just after 3 times in iraq 16yrs in service time 4 me to go to the house.

My fiance and I are on a tight budget. Instead of having a chicken or steak dinner, we were thinking of having a pasta bar. Basically, it's a buffet of pasta. Two types of pastas, three sauce options and lots of toppings (like mushrooms, artichokes, olives, ham pieces, etc). We'd also have salad, bread and probably a vegetable side item.

So my question is, does that seem cheap since it's not a meat entree? I've been to lots of weddings with lasagna, but I wanted to have something a little different. We also have a lot of diet restrictions to work with since we're having both Muslim and Kosher guests. What do you think? Any other inexpensive options?

My husband and I were recently married and found out upon our return from the honeymoon that I was pregnant. He immediately wanted me to get an abortion. I have always been pro choice, but I would only get one myself if I were raped or was a single mother in a crummy place with no food, money or support. Being as how we're financially comfortable and married, I didn't want to think of abortion as an option. I suffer from endometriosis and have have dormant cists on my ovaries so my doctors never thought I would even be able to conceive.

His parents went through a similar situation and I think he may feel they regretted having their children early, which they don't, and refuses to talk to anyone about his feelings. Any advice?

I work in a small store front gym in a large city, and we have 3 floors of residential apartments above us. I was wondering if it's possible to harness the energy produced by the members using our cardiovascular equipment, and then turn it into usable power for the residents above us. The thought is part of a larger picture, building 3-story apt. buildings with healthclubs on the first floor, where the building is totally powered by the output of the gym patrons. Not only would this provide an alternative to oil-dependency, it might help with that whole obesity thing that we seem to be suffering in this country. Maybe gym membership would be complimentary to residents, or utility bills would be variable, depending on the amount of time spent in the gym, working out. What do you think?

Just to clarify. He is a nice guy who's very helpful to his friends, but judges others who aren't as intelligent as he is. (He's a bit of a prodigy, academic-wise).

My father who is now passed had a gold coin collection. I know very little about it. Just that it existed. I know that he joined some club and was getting them ever other month or so for a 3 year membership. They where some sort of crugerans 1 - 2 oz I think african. Have you ever heard of this??? Who is the company who sent them? How can I track these down? I dont have the coins myself. My evil step mother does, and I have to prove that he did have them. PLEASE any info at all will be help!!

One of the biggest factors in world issues today. Why is it that this is never addressed? Pollution, food, healthcare, infrastructure, education, poverty are all examples of problems that stem from a world that is over populated.

We have tons of laws telling people what they can and cannot do. How about a law that dictates how many children people can have, so the rest of us dont get screwed by having to pay for them.

Contaception is a wonderful thing that would solve many world problems.

Okay, here is the idea: Some women want to have kids and others don't. The ones that do usually believe in putting their children before there husband. Well, here is the solution. The man takes a woman who doesn't want children as his main wife. This way, she will always devote all her attention to him. Then he takes a woman who does as a concubine. Then he gets her a separate larger house next to his for her after she starts having kids. Then she can take care of the kids and he can visit them when he wants and visit her at night or send the main wife to help babysit. Then if she is too exhausted from the kids, no big deal, he can go out and doing something with the main wife. Usually, men want to pass their name on through kids and h ave a wife completely devoted to them. It just makes a lot of sense this way. Is this a genius plan or what??

When the one they advertise is always a stock model that has little if any use to the average person. They never even have MS word or simple program like that and all their hardware is bottom of the barrel. I think its wrong, especially since so many people don't understand the concept of what needs to go into a computer to make it run certain things and they end up buying something they can't even use. Its not because they were trying be cheap ,its because that's what was advertised and they assume its adequate. The price gouging ,even on those crap models is insane.

My boyfriend swares up and down that we are going to get married. We shopped for rings, made a decision on where, when and the honeymoon. But when we talk about when this wil happen, he just says someday. This is frustrating cuz I don't understand why we'd do all these things and then he's not even certain on when.
