I would say that today it is 2 Corinthians 12:9. Some of my traditional favourites are John 3:30, Romans 8:31-39, and of course Isaiah 40:31.

I had seven interviews and I wore a suit on each one. I didn’t receive any offers. I noticed the people that interviewed before me (I saw them walking out) and the people after me (I saw them as I was leaving) did not have suits on. I thought a suit would give me an edge. I also noticed the people looked older then me, like they had experience teaching. I am straight out of college. Maybe they pick someone with experience over me. I don’t know what to think at this point.


My mother thinks the suit makes me look like I’m auditioning for the Apprentice, not trying to get a teaching job. She says it makes me look uptight and too professional. She thinks if I dressed more approachable I would get a job. So she bought me an outfit. It’s a shirt with a long skirt. I don’t know if I should try it or not. I need some advice!

we are due to close on a house friday. it failed inspection, and i wanted to back out, but my husband wants to see if they can have everything fixed by closing. our realtor is trying to rush the closing and postpone the final walk-thru, which gives me a bad feeling. we don't even have a copy of the wood-infestation report. the contract states that it terminates friday at midnight, so are we pretty much in the clear if we don't sign?

Used to work at a factory where the boxes would come down the line and get 'sprayed' with the label. Someone would type the case label into the computer and it would spray the box. Any ideas??

We both caught some kind of romantic feelings for sure during our 3 month FWB situation; however we got into a huge argument a week ago where we said some nasty things to one another and then all communication ended!
Anyway, he contacted me on Friday. He sent me an email and all it said was “hahaha”.....I responded to his email by saying, “if you have something to say then just say it.”
It’s now Tuesday and he hasn’t responded to my response email.
He is 28 and very very shy and I am 32. I was his first ever!!!
Do you think he’ll ever respond?
Do you think I should email him again?
Does him emailing me mean he is missing me?
Also, two days before that email he posted online that I was amusingly crazy…..

I researched the website, and I was amazed at how many famous success stories there were. I decided that I would sign up for it. I googled how much it would cost, and I saw so many websites saying that it's a fraud. Is it really? I have decided to get the rest of my Bachelor's degree from an online institution as in this day and age it really doesn't matter how you get that degree unless it's from Yale, Harvard, or one of the top 10 traditional schoos. I have considered University of Phoenix, but I heard their tuition goes up? I have also considered Kaplan and Jones university but can't find enough feedback on them. AIU has been on probation for the last 2 years so they are not an option. Please help if you have any feedback regarding any online institution or suggestions for research.

why does the U.S. have the highest drinking age?, c'mon, by the time everyone reaches 21, Alcohol will be far from new to them, their liver will already be damaged, cause everyone under 21 has been to a lot of parties & drank before, even people don't drink under 21, such as me because I'm not that social, I go to a community college instead of a 4-year university, I wish I was going to San Diego State. I don't drink because I never get invited to parties, anyway cut that crap, back to the point, why did the U.S. make the legal drinking age so high?, how long has it been this way?. For the people that don't party, I bet it would still feel weird because it feels like they have been allowed to drink alcohol for the longest time from hearing all the people their age who drank underage.
